Is anyone able to print to hard copy via a networked printer

    I have recently purchased a im508 and when I try to print the software goes in scanning for printer and comes back with no printer available, any one else have the same issue , I know its a newer model than the option I selected but any intelligent person must have found a path to fix this.?

      Hey Eric, I work in IT and am setting up an MX808 for  Vishal. Are both devices on the SAME network? Eg if the IM505 is connected to the network Eric552g, then the printer MUST be on the SAME network.
